How do you prevent the agent from making things up?

Every response is grounded in sources you approve in Studio. Questions outside those sources are flagged, not fabricated. The agent routes to a human contact you specify.

Can candidates upload their CV?

Yes. CV upload and parsing is supported for job matching. Documents are processed for the active session and immediately discarded. Only a structured summary is retained, in EU-jurisdicted infrastructure.

What happens when the agent cannot answer?

The agent acknowledges the limit clearly, never guesses, and routes to a human contact you specify. You configure the escalation path in Studio. Every escalation is logged.

What does setup involve?

One script tag on the careers site and a configuration session in Studio. Most customers are live within a day of contract signature.

What counts as a resolution?

A resolution is recorded when the candidate confirms the agent helped, their final message signals closure, or the conversation ends naturally after at least three substantive exchanges with no escalation.

Does the agent make decisions about candidates?

No. The agent helps candidates find relevant roles and answers their questions. It does not make hiring decisions, rank candidates against each other, or determine eligibility. Job-fit matching is contextual to the role and based on information the candidate provides directly. The recruiter decides. The agent assists.
